The Agile Belarus BBQ Party!

By   October 5, 2017

It’s that time of the year again. The Agile Belarus Community is throwing a BBQ party and everybody is invited. We’ll have BBQ, Beers and Ice Cream Cup Cakes. We just bought an amazing Nexgrill grill after reading this Nexgrill Review by Real Deal BBQ sauce. What better way to give out grill a spin than an all-out BBQ party!

The Agile Belarus BBQ Party

One of my favorite treats to make in the summertime is ice cream cupcakes. They are always a big hit with friends and family at parties and BBQs. They are very simple to make and can be made in a variety of flavors to suit everyone’s tastes. If you’re planning to bring some ice cream cupcakes, this will help you out.

The only problem that might arise with them is that if you need to keep them frozen. So if you are bringing them to a party, make sure to check with your host first about how much freezer space he or she has available. The first thing you need to do is bake cupcakes like you normally would. You can use a box cake mix or start from scratch, whichever you prefer is fine. The only trick to making ice cream cupcakes is you are not going to make them as large as you would normal cupcakes. Only fill your muffin tins half as full as you normally would. And don’t use muffin liners. Instead just spray your pan with nonstick cooking spray. Remember, using half as much batter means your cupcakes will cook that much quicker so keep an eye on them in the oven.

Once the cupcakes are done, make sure none of them are stuck to your muffin pan but don’t remove them from it. Place them in the freezer, pan and all. If you can leave them in the freezer overnight, do it, but if not leave them there for at least 3 hours,

When enough time has passed, remove the cupcakes from the freezer and also get out your chosen flavor of ice cream. You will probably want to let an ice cream defrost a little before you work with it. Once it’s a little softer, use a spoon to flatten ice cream on top of your cupcakes.

Once all the cupcakes have been covered with ice cream, put them right back into the freezer for at least 4 hours to let the ice cream firm back up.

Then you can decorate your cupcakes with whatever you want. I like to use a chocolate shell and sprinkles, but you can use peanut butter, whipped cream or maybe caramel.

When you are ready to serve your ice cream cupcakes, simply run a knife under warm water and then run it along the edge of the cupcakes. They should come out pretty easily. I like to decorate my cupcakes after I have removed them from the pan and then stick them back in the freezer for a bit before serving. Enjoy!
